Tai Chi
Tai Chi Kung is a wonderful way to maintain fitness for a long life, after injury or to generally improve your balance, posture, joint flexablity and lower limb strength. As it is ‘MEDITATION IN MOTION’, it allows the entire person to de-stress whilst still moving the body in the gentle form of the martial arts. The classes are geared to the novice and improver. It helps us to use the bountiful energy, which is found all around us to increase our own Chi or energy. Through the practise of Lower Dantien breathing, along with the ‘flowing form’, the spirit, mind and body, feels, harmonized and rejuvenated. Please feel comfortable in attending a FREE TASTER CLASS.
