This time tested system of breathing, meditating and body postures, brings flexiblity, mobility , mental calmness plus a feeling of well being. Open to all ages of varying abilities. The class content is adapted for the less flexible and caters for those who are more adept at Yoga. The classes are friendly and we have fun as well as taking our practice seriously. A number of students have started out with limitations of one description or another and have found over the weeks a gradual improvement with one or two actual cures.
